  • Where are you based?

    We have a collection centre in Hull, East Yorkshire, featuring a display of cars for you to choose from. We have customers from all over the country visiting us every day to collect their cars they have ordered online.

    Our location is only a short journey from the local train stations if you are travelling to collect your car. However, we can deliver your car direct to your door. Please see the delivery section for details or speak to one of our Sales Advisors for details on 01482 606767.

    Should you wish to visit us first to view a particular car then please give us a call to check availability as we wouldn't want you to have a wasted journey.

  • What's the catch?

    For most of our customers the first question asked is "what's the catch?"
    The most honest answer we can provide is simply "there isn't one."

    The amount borrowed is the same amount you will pay back

    Some of our customers ask if they can pay extra every month, or pay a one off lump payment every now and again to pay the finance off quicker: You can do. There are no fees for this.

    We do have some options that the Sales Advisor will discuss with you, these you can finance or pay for separately.

    An optional "on the road" fee of £250 is available on all cars this fee pays for: :

    • 6 Months Road Fund Licence
    • 12 Months MOT
    • Mechanical preparation of the vehicle (and service if required)
    • Final valet

    Should you decide NOT to purchase the 'On the Road' fee, you will be advised of any remaining MOT test that the car will come with.

    All of our cars undergo a mandatory, multi point safety check.

  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    As you will see from the details on our website we advertise "nil deposit"; however there may be times when you require a lower monthly payment and are willing to put some extra cash in as a deposit. In addition to this some finance companies may well ask for a deposit based upon the individual circumstances.

    Interest free for cars do take a £250 holding deposit on all cars which are ordered over the phone, or in person should you visit the showroom. This deposit acts as your commitment to purchase whilst we take the car off sale for you.

    This £250 holding deposit will also cover the optional "on the road" fee, which can also be added to the finance balance instead meaning that your deposit can be credited back to you on the day of collection. Your adviser will give you further information on this and everything will be arranged for you at the point of sale.

  • Can I pay extra during my finance agreement?

    Aside from not paying Interest, our finance plans also have extra benefits. Should you wish to pay extra during your finance term, you are free to do so. Extra payments can be made to the finance company and you will not incur any fees. You can pay extra each month or in lump sums during the agreement, either way, there are no fees.

  • How do I order a car?

    Our website allows you to search for either a specific manufacturer or vehicle. The cars are all listed with a 5 year, nil deposit, 0%APR finance quote.

    When you decide on a car you can either:

    1. You can call our showroom on 01482 606767 and speak with a Sales Advisor who will handle any queries you may have with the car and also talk to you about your finance application
    2. Alternatively, simply complete the quick and easy online application form and once received one of our sales executives will deal with your applications quickly and efficiently.
    3. When your finance 0%APR Finance application is approved by our lenders and you have chosen to go ahead with the order then we always take a holding deposit from you (£250) to take the car off sale. At the application stage your advisor will ask whether you wish to have a nil deposit deal, in which case this holding deposit can be returned to you upon collection/delivery. Alternatively you can use the £250 to pay for the 'On the Road fee' rather than financing it, you choose!

    Once your car has been prepared then all that's left for us to do is arrange either the delivery or collection of your car!

  • How much cash can I put into the deal?

    Basically as little or as much as you want; If you want to achieve a low monthly payment then you can put in an amount of cash required to achieve this and take the balance on zero percent finance for up to 5 years.

  • Can I view the car before making a decision?

    You are more than welcome to view a car in stock before making a decision, please contact us first so that we can check on the availability. In the instance where your chosen car is not in stock with us but is located at our trade suppliers then we would have to order this car specifically for you. This does mean that you cannot view this particular car before you place your order because we haven't bought it for you yet. However, we appreciate that ordering a car unseen can be daunting so we've set up some policies to help you in your decision. Please give us a call so we can discuss if you have concerns and we can talk you through our procedures.

  • Do you take part exchange?

    Yes, we will appraise your car over the phone, please take a look at the part exchange section for more details. We will still require the £250 deposit to take a car off sale, your part exchange value will reduce the balance to finance.

  • How long will it take?

    Once your application has been submitted one of our advisers will be back in touch within a few hours depending on the time of day. In some cases this might be a little longer but generally speaking the majority of finance application decisions are made within the same day.

  • What documentation do I need?

    Once you have selected a car and had your proposal accepted we require certain documentation:

    • A copy of your driving licence - including photo-card if applicable. Please note this must be in your current home address
    • A copy of your passport
    • A copy of either a utility bill or bank statement, again in your name and current address which must be dated within the last 3 months
    • The above items are required by all finance companies.
    • If you have chosen to have your car delivered then a set of finance documents will be sent to you over email, these must be signed and returned prior to your delivery
  • What will you do with my details?

    All finance applications are treated in the strictest confidence and your details will be kept totally between ourselves and the finance company in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act. If our finance company needs to speak with your employers or bank, then we will speak with you to gain your agreement to this before anything else is done.

  • I have a poor credit history, will I still get finance?

    In many cases, you can still be able to obtain finance. However, depending on the circumstances you may be required to take a different car or indeed not be able to take the interest free finance over 5 years; however we work hand in hand with a specialist in this area of finance and will advise you on the necessary steps required to re build your credit profile.

  • Can I apply if I am self-employed?

    Yes, we can arrange an interest free loan if you are self-employed and run your own business

  • Can I settle my finance at any time?

    Yes, you can settle your finance at any point during the term, simply call one of our business managers and we will request and send to you a settlement figure in due course.

  • Are there any Mileage restrictions?

    No, the finance we offer does not restrict you to how many miles you do.
