You’re happy with the valuation, what next?

We promise to give you a fair price for you old car based on the information you give us. At this point, you haven’t seen your new car and we haven’t seen your part exchange. We will always give you an honest description of your new car so we just need an honest description of your old one so that we can give you the best price possible to do a deal with us.

Let us know what your registration number is. From this we will be able to confirm the exact make and model.

We will ask you some questions regarding the cars condition, using the diagram on the main page let us know of any bumps, scrapes or serious damage on the vehicle.

We will take all the information you have given us and check with the industry leading price guides so that we can arrive at a figure for you.

If your car is, or has been, damaged then this will affect the value. We HPI check every single vehicle so we will be aware of any condition alerts on the car when arranging a valuation, however we will require you to let us know of any information you have regarding the current damage or any previous. The simple rule is a car that has been damaged previously, but repaired, is still worth less than the trade price. We can still take in a car that has been ‘written-off’ but please be aware that at time we may decline a car as a part exchange.

Order your new car with us. Simple as that! Your sales advisor will take you through the process. If you choose to collect your new car then you will need to bring your part exchange with you on the day of the collection.

If you have chosen our delivery option then we will have to include a charge to take your old car away. We will calculate this for you at the point of sale.
